Your Data, Your Control

At FundFlow, we believe you should have complete control over your financial data. This policy outlines the types of data we collect, how you can manage it, and how you can permanently delete it from our systems. Our primary goal is to provide you with a powerful expense tracking tool while prioritizing your privacy and security.

Types of Data We Store

To provide the FundFlow service, we securely store the following information associated with your account:

How to Delete Your Data

You can delete your data in two ways: by deleting individual transactions or by deleting your entire account.

1. Deleting Individual Transactions

You can delete any single transaction directly within the app:

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard screen.
  2. Find the transaction you wish to delete in the "Recent Transactions" list.
  3. Swipe the transaction from right to left to reveal the "Delete" action.
  4. Tap the "Delete" button and confirm your choice in the dialog box.
  5. Alternatively, tap on the transaction to view its details and use the delete icon in the app bar.

Upon confirmation, the transaction is permanently removed from our database.

2. Deleting Your Entire Account and All Data

Deleting your account is a permanent, irreversible action. This will erase your user account and all associated transaction data from our servers.

  1. Navigate to the Settings screen within the FundFlow app.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, tap on the text that reads "Delete your account and all associated data".
  3. A confirmation dialog will appear with a strong warning. Please read it carefully.
  4. To confirm, tap the "DELETE FOREVER" button.

Important: For security purposes, if you have not logged in recently, you may be asked to re-authenticate before the deletion can be completed. Once confirmed, this action cannot be undone, and your data cannot be recovered.
